Good Smile Company releases Asuna from Sword Art Online The Movie: Ordinal Scale as Nendoroid #750 in their popular chibi figure line. This O.S. version captures the character as she appears in the theatrical film. Ordinal Scale is set after the events of the Sword Art Online II anime and introduces a new augmented reality game called Ordinal Scale, which uses a device called the Augma. Asuna, known throughout the SAO series as a skilled swordswoman and Kirito's partner, faces new challenges in this film as the AR game begins to have mysterious and dangerous effects on its players. The movie explores themes of memory and identity while bringing back characters from the Aincrad arc. The Nendoroid stands approximately 100mm tall and is made from ABS and PVC. Sculpted by Shichibee and Nendoron, it was released in April 2018. The figure includes Asuna in her Ordinal Scale outfit and comes accompanied by Yui, the small AI companion who has been with Kirito and Asuna since their time trapped in Aincrad.
