Sculpted by Tony, Sakaki Kaoru, and Rico, this figure depicts the Sakura Empire light aircraft carrier in a festive New Year dance-themed outfit. Ryuuhou represents the Sakura Empire within the Crimson Axis faction, corresponding to the Imperial Japanese Navy.
