Prime 1 Studio's Museum Masterline series delivers the Batman: Knightfall Azrael statue at an impressive 1/3 scale. This premium collectible portrays Jean-Paul Valley in his reinvented power armored Batsuit, complete with a blue cape and stylized blue bat symbol accented with yellow and gray coloring. Azrael's story is one of the most compelling arcs in DC Comics history. Originally created by the Sacred Order of Saint Dumas as a ruthless assassin, Jean-Paul Valley was trained from childhood to serve as their avenging angel. He eventually became Batman's pupil and, during the Knightfall storyline, took over the mantle of Batman himself after Bane broke Bruce Wayne's back. His tenure as Batman was marked by increasingly violent and unstable behavior, as he modified the Batsuit with lethal additions including gauntlet blades. The character embodies a complex duality between a Gotham City computer science graduate student and a programmed killer. The statue stands approximately 35 inches tall (87.1cm) and features a real fabric adjustable cape, two alternate portraits, and two sets of hands.
