Black Jack is a brilliant but unlicensed surgeon who operates outside the medical establishment, taking on cases that other doctors refuse or cannot solve. Known for his distinctive appearance—scarred face, two-toned hair, and a black cape—he charges exorbitant fees for his services but often demonstrates a deep, hidden compassion. Created by Osamu Tezuka, one of manga's most influential figures who was himself a licensed physician, Black Jack explores complex medical and ethical dilemmas through its episodic storytelling. The character remains one of Tezuka's most enduring creations, celebrated for his moral ambiguity and extraordinary surgical skills. This SEGA EX Figure stands approximately 195mm tall and was released as a prize figure in Japan. The figure was originally distributed through SEGA's prize machine systems, with the earliest printings dating to February 2006.
