Unlike her fellow C&C members, Toki serves as the personal bodyguard to Rio, the student council president of Millennium's Seminar. She is equipped with specialized armaments designed by Rio, including a "Mode 1" maid uniform that allows transformation into "Mode 2" for enhanced mobility, and a massive powered exoskeleton called "Abi-Eshuh" capable of harnessing Eridu's entire electricity grid. Her serious, emotionless demeanor stems from Rio isolating her from social interactions, leaving her with a deeply lonely side. When Rio disappeared following the events of Volume 2, Toki temporarily joined C&C but struggled to fit in without the one person who understood her, driven by a need to prove her worth.
