Yhorm the Giant is one of the Lords of Cinder in Dark Souls III, a being who once linked the fire to prolong the age of gods. As the descendant of a race of giants, Yhorm ruled over a human kingdom and sought to protect his people, even offering to link the flame as a gesture of goodwill. However, his subjects feared him and rejected his sacrifice, leading to his descent into madness and his role as a fallen Lord of Cinder. Players encounter Yhorm in the Profaned Capital, where the Storm Ruler weapon plays a key role in the dramatic battle. His storyline is deeply tied to the game's themes of duty, betrayal, and the cyclical nature of fire and darkness.
