Bandai's Digivolving Spirits line number 05 features both Alphamon and Dorumon from Digital Monster X-Evolution. Standing approximately 160mm tall and constructed from ABS, die cast metal, and PVC, this figure is priced at 8,500 JPY with product code 4549660239109. The Digivolving Spirits line is designed to allow figures to transform between Digimon forms. Digital Monster X-Evolution is a fully CGI animated film set in the Digimon franchise, exploring the concept of the X-Antibody, a mutation that allows certain Digimon to survive a digital world purge. Dorumon, a mysterious rookie-level Digimon carrying the X-Antibody, serves as the pre-evolved form of Alphamon. Alphamon is one of the Royal Knights, an elite group of Digimon serving the digital world's sovereign, and is often regarded as one of the most powerful Digimon in the franchise, sometimes compared to an evil counterpart of Omegamon. The figure features diecast metal components, indicated by the Diecast Evolution plate on the packaging, and includes new artwork by longtime Digimon designer Kenji Watanabe. The packaging design incorporates visual elements that reference both Dorumon and Alphamon, reflecting the figure's dual-form capability.
