Caiman is a man cursed with a reptilian head who hunts Magic Users in search of the one who transformed him. Nikaido is his closest ally and runs a gyoza restaurant called The Hungry Bug. Their partnership forms the emotional core of the series, blending dark humor with visceral action. The DX Version includes three swappable Caiman heads, four swappable Caiman arms, two swappable Nikaido heads, four swappable Nikaido arms, and two swappable Gyoza Fairy figures. The Dorohedoro-themed base features numerous Easter eggs, including Caiman's severed head in a formalin jar and references to The Hungry Bug restaurant.
