Sculpted by Romain Clouet, the figure stands approximately 240mm tall and was released in December 2012. Fairy Tail follows the adventures of a wizard guild in a magical world, with Gajeel Redfox serving as an Iron Dragon Slayer, a mage who can transform parts of his body into iron and consume metal to replenish his power. Originally a member of the Phantom Lord guild, Gajeel was searching for his mentor, the Iron Dragon Metalicana, when he joined Phantom Lord. After Fairy Tail defeated Phantom Lord in a guild war, Gajeel eventually joined Fairy Tail himself, undergoing a significant character arc from antagonist to loyal ally. His partnership with the exceed cat Panther Lily and his rivalry with Natsu Dragneel are defining elements of his story throughout the series.
