The Nezumi Otoko sofubi figure is produced by Rockdenasi Gangu and depicts a character from the long-running Gegege no Kitaro series. This prepainted figure has been released in limited quantities through Wonder Festival events, with editions appearing at both the 2023 and 2024 Summer events. Nezumi Otoko, whose nickname is "BiBiBi no Nezumi-Otoko," is a rodent-like half-yokai (hanyo) and self-proclaimed best friend of Kitaro. Born to a human and a yokai, he is a notorious trickster who constantly schemes to con members of both races for profit, though he almost always receives his comeuppance. He has an obsession with money, food, and the occult, while despising good deeds and Neko-Musume. Notably, he claims to have last bathed long before most people were born, and his pride is ridiculously high—except when he is in danger, at which point it vanishes entirely. The character was created by Shigeru Mizuki and first appeared in the manga story The Boarding House in 1960, making his anime debut in 1968. Rockdenasi Gangu's sofubi interpretation captures Nezumi Otoko's distinctive rodent-like appearance in soft vinyl format.
