Uchoten presents Nezumi-Otoko from the long-running supernatural manga and anime series Gegege no Kitaro. This figure captures one of the most memorable supporting characters from Shigeru Mizuki's classic yokai series. Nezumi-Otoko, whose nickname is "BiBiBi no Nezumi-Otoko," is a rodent-like Hanyō—a half-human, half-yokai born to parents of different races. He is Kitaro's self-proclaimed best friend and a notorious trickster who constantly schemes to con both humans and yokai for personal gain, though his plans almost always backfire. He is famously the filthiest man in Japan, claiming to have never bathed, and his body is covered in ringworms and scabs. His breath is so foul it can reportedly drop a fly from 10 meters away. Despite his greed and laziness, Nezumi-Otoko occasionally shows a softer side, and his knowledge of the occult—earned through a doctorate in Laziness from Bizarre University's Filthy Department—sometimes proves useful to Kitaro. He dislikes good deeds and has a contentious relationship with Neko-Musume. The figure stands approximately 200mm tall and is produced by Uchoten, capturing Nezumi-Otoko's distinctive whiskered, buck-toothed appearance and his signature brown cloak.
