Standing approximately 200mm tall, this figure captures the legendary sweeper of Shinjuku in dynamic form. Ryo Saeba is the main protagonist of the City Hunter series, which originated as a manga published from 1985 to 1991. As a child, Ryo survived a horrific plane crash in Central America and was raised as a guerrilla fighter during wartime. After the war, he moved to Tokyo and formed the "City Hunter" business with his partner Hideyuki Makimura. Known ironically as "The Stallion of Shinjuku" for his relentless womanizing, Ryo is nonetheless a peak physical specimen — a formidable hand-to-hand combatant, an expert marksman who rarely misses, and a brilliant tactician who plans several steps ahead of his enemies. After Hideyuki's murder, Hideyuki's sister Kaori takes over as Ryo's partner.
