Toho Animation presents this 1/7 scale figure of Asagiri Youko from the 1985 OVA Genmu Senki Leda, also known as Leda: The Fantastic Adventure of Yohko. The figure stands approximately 257mm tall and is made from ABS and PVC materials. Genmu Senki Leda follows the story of Yoko Asagiri, a young woman who composes a piano sonata as an expression of love for a young man she cannot muster the courage to confess to. While listening to the song on her walkman, she is suddenly transported to a fantastical alternate world called Ashanti. There, she discovers that the ruler of Ashanti intends to use her song to open a doorway to her own world and conquer it with his armies. Guided by artifacts left behind by the legendary warrior Leda who prophesied her arrival, Yoko and newfound companions—including a talking dog—must stop the tyrant's ambition and restore balance between both worlds. The OVA was directed by Kunihiko Yuyama and featured character illustrations by Mutsumi Inomata, whose distinctive art style helped make Leda a memorable entry in the early OVA boom.
