Banpresto's DXF Figure line features Sakata Gintoki, the laid-back protagonist of the beloved comedy-action series Gintama. Known for his silver-permed hair and deadpan expression, Gintoki runs the Yorozuya odd-jobs business in an alternate Edo-period Japan where aliens known as Amanto have invaded and outlawed samurai swords. Despite his lazy demeanor and obsession with Jump magazine, Gintoki is a former Joi war veteran with fearsome combat skills wielding a wooden sword. Throughout the series, he balances absurd comedic situations with moments of genuine heroism, protecting his friends Kagura and Shinpachi while confronting remnants of his war-era past, including his former comrade Takasugi. This DXF figure stands approximately 140mm tall and is made from ABS and PVC.
