Medicom Toy presents Eikichi Onizuka from Great Teacher Onizuka as part of their Real Action Heroes line, standing at 1/6 scale and approximately 300mm tall. Sculpted by Bob Iwamoto and Eifuku Tetsushi, this figure captures the titular character in his signature look. Great Teacher Onizuka follows the story of Eikichi Onizuka, a former gang leader who takes on a new path as a public school teacher. The series, which originally aired as an anime from 1999 to 2000, is based on the manga and also has prequel and spin-off works. Onizuka's unorthodox teaching methods and rough-around-the-edges personality make him a standout protagonist in the slice-of-life comedy genre. As a Real Action Heroes figure, this release features full articulation and fabric clothing, consistent with Medicom Toy's premium approach to their 1/6 scale line. Originally priced at 6,800 JPY, it represents a detailed collectible for fans of the classic series.
