Dragon Pilot: Hisone and Masotan is an anime series set at the JASDF Gifu Base, where dragons disguised as fighter jets are piloted by specially chosen individuals. Masotan is a gentle dragon camouflaged as an F-15J who forms a bond with the protagonist Hisone Amakasu, a rookie pilot. The series explores themes of duty, sacrifice, and the relationship between humans and these ancient beings hidden within the military infrastructure. Despite his fearsome appearance, Masotan is remarkably docile and endearing, swallowing his pilot as part of their unique operational system. Standing approximately 110mm tall and made of ABS and PVC, the figure includes standard and open-mouth face parts, interchangeable eye parts, components to display Hisone emerging from Masotan, and removable F-15J parts for an alternate display option.
