Medicom Toy continues its Toei Retro Sofubi Collection with Udesupaa β, another antagonist from Inazuman F. This prepainted sofubi figure stands approximately 240mm tall and faithfully recreates the character's distinctive tokusatsu design. Inazuman F served as the sequel to the original Inazuman series, following mutant hero Goro Watari as he confronted the Neo-Human Empire. The series introduced a variety of bodypart-themed adversaries, and Udesupaa β is part of this lineage of anatomically-inspired monsters. These creatures were created when the villain Doruge transplanted his own cells into human beings or formed new agents from parts of his body, resulting in monsters with plant, animal, or body part motifs. The design philosophy behind these creatures drew inspiration from earlier tokusatsu works like Giant Robo. Released in January 2018 as a standard edition in Japan, this 240mm sofubi figure is a fitting tribute to the golden age of Toei tokusatsu and a great companion piece to the Udesupaa α figure.
