Initially presenting herself as "Charles"—a male student—her true mission was to spy on Ichika Orimura, the only male capable of piloting an IS, and acquire data from his machine. After her identity is discovered, she re-introduces herself as Charlotte and becomes known for her calm, friendly, and kind-hearted demeanor. Unlike many of the other heroines, Charlotte lacks tsundere tendencies and uniquely prioritizes making Ichika happy rather than competing for his affection. Her IS takes the form of an orange pendant in standby mode, and she wears a silver bracelet received from Ichika on her right wrist. The figure stands at 200mm and combines ABS and PVC construction typical of Bandai's A.G.P. articulating figure line.
