Max Factory presents the Nendoroid Shiranui DX Ver. from the beloved action-adventure game Okami. This deluxe edition figure stands approximately 100mm tall and is crafted from ABS and PVC materials. It is part of the Nendoroid line, numbered #1697-DX. In Okami, the player takes on the role of Amaterasu, the sun goddess in the form of a white wolf, on a quest to restore color and life to a world plunged into darkness by the demon Orochi. Shiranui is the legendary wolf form associated with Amaterasu's past incarnation, revered for having previously defeated Orochi and saving the land of Nippon. The character embodies divine power and celestial brush techniques that manipulate nature itself. The DX version includes a rich set of accessories and interchangeable parts, with sculpting handled by Nendoron, Taizou, and Masu, and paintwork by Asuka Marunouchi. Originally released in June 2022 with a rerelease scheduled for October 2026, the figure retailed at 11,313 JPY.
