Medicos Entertainment brings Giorno Giovanna from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 5: Golden Wind to life as part of their Super Action Statue line, figure number 39 in the series. Sculpted by Progress and standing approximately 160mm tall, this articulated figure is priced at 8,000 JPY. Giorno Giovanna is the protagonist of Golden Wind, the fifth part of Hirohiko Araki's legendary manga. Born Haruno Shiobana, he is the son of Dio Brando and a Japanese woman, but dreams of becoming a Gang-Star by rising through the ranks of the Neapolitan mafia organization Passione. His Stand, Gold Experience, can infuse life into objects and living beings. Giorno's ultimate goal is to overthrow Passione's boss and rid Naples of the drug trade that harms innocents. The figure is constructed from ABS, Nylon, and PVC, allowing for a wide range of posing options characteristic of the Super Action Statue line. The black suit version has been noted by collectors for giving Giorno a more mature, Don-like appearance compared to the standard blue colorway.
