Kamen Rider OOO is a tokusatsu series where the protagonist transforms using Core Medals to access different Combo forms. The PuToTyra Combo is OOO's most powerful and dangerous form, utilizing the ancient Pteranodon, Triceratops, and Tyrannosaurus Medals. This form represents a significant story milestone, as it taps into primal, uncontrollable power that poses a threat even to its user. Made from PVC, this figure was distributed as a prize through the Ichiban Kuji lottery system.
