This SEGA Premium Master figure brings together two beloved franchises in a unique crossover, featuring Hiiragi Tsukasa from Lucky☆Star cosplaying as the heavy cruiser Haguro Kai Ni from Kantai Collection. The figure stands approximately 150mm tall and is officially licensed and imported from Japan. The collaboration originated in November 2013 when the 10th tankobon volume of Lucky☆Star was released with special KanColle crossover covers. Tsukasa Hiiragi, the younger twin sister known for her sweet and somewhat airheaded personality, was depicted in Haguro Kai Ni cosplay as part of this promotional artwork. SEGA turned the illustration into a figure lineup that also included Konata in Shimakaze cosplay and other Lucky☆Star characters in various ship girl outfits. The figure features Tsukasa in her characteristic Lucky☆Star art style with a slightly larger head and smaller body proportioning. She is posed holding her skirt with one hand, capturing the playful spirit of both franchises.
