Maniwa Kuizame, nicknamed "Chain-Bind Kuizame," is a member of the Maniwa Ninja Corps. He wields a pair of chains with swords attached, using a technique called Ninpō: Uzugatana to swing his sword-tipped chains effortlessly. Despite being described as practically a murderer, he holds respect for his fellow ninja Kamakiri Maniwa. Kuizame openly admits he fights for money and nothing else, and meets his end at the hands of Meisai Tsuruga in the series' third volume.
