Ques Q presents this 1/8 scale figure of Hakurei Reimu in the Koumajou Densetsu Edition with Extra Color, based on the Touhou Project fangame series Koumajou Densetsu: Akeiro no Koukyoukyoku. The figure stands approximately 210mm tall and is made from ABS and PVC. Koumajou Densetsu reimagines the Touhou Project universe in a gothic horror setting inspired by Castlevania, with Reimu Hakurei taking on a darker, more vampiric appearance than her traditional shrine maiden design. Reimu is the main protagonist of the Touhou Project series, serving as the shrine maiden of the Hakurei Shrine and the guardian of Gensokyo's balance. In this alternate interpretation, her characteristic red and white miko attire is rendered with a brooding, gothic aesthetic that transforms her familiar look into something strikingly different. The figure was sculpted by a team including Andou Kenji, Miyata Kaho, Banpai Akira, and Takeuchi Gotaro. The Extra Color version offers a distinct paint scheme from the standard Koumajou Densetsu release, providing collectors with an alternative interpretation of this gothic Reimu design.
