Mirage Farina Jenius is a main character in Macross Delta and a pilot of mixed Human-Zentradi descent. She comes from a legendary lineage as the granddaughter of Max and Milia Jenius from the original Macross series, and niece of Mylene Flare Jenius from Macross 7. This heritage brings constant pressure to live up to her famous relatives. Recruited by Arad Mölders into Delta Flight, she serves as a pilot while also performing as a member of Walküre, the tactical music unit that combats the Var Syndrome through song. She is initially assigned as training officer to Hayate Immelman, and the two clash before developing a strong partnership.
