About this figure

RED SHARK presents a doujin figure of Nanachi from the acclaimed series Made in Abyss. This independently produced collectible offers fans an alternative interpretation of one of the series' most beloved and tragic characters. Nanachi serves as the tritagonist of Made in Abyss, a story centered around the enigmatic and perilous Abyss, a colossal chasm filled with mysterious creatures and ancient relics. Nanachi is a Narehate—a person who survived the Sixth Layer's Curse and was left physically deformed as a result. Unlike most Narehate, however, Nanachi retains a sound mind and possesses vast knowledge of the Abyss's ecosystem, vegetation, and medicinal practices. Born in the far northern region of Sereny, Nanachi lost their family at a young age and was taken to the Abyss by the infamous White Whistle Delver Bondrewd alongside other orphaned children. There, Nanachi formed a deep bond with fellow captive Mitty before both were subjected to horrific experiments. Cool, reserved, and often sarcastic, Nanachi nonetheless harbors a kind and gentle soul beneath the cynical exterior. As a doujin figure from RED SHARK, this collectible represents fan-made craftsmanship rather than an officially licensed product, offering collectors a unique interpretation of Nanachi's distinctive fluffy appearance.
