Azone's PureNeemo Characters line entry 052 features Miki Sayaka from Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica, accompanied by the series' enigmatic mascot Kyuubey. Sculpted by Chizuru, this 1/6 scale soft vinyl figure stands approximately 260mm tall and depicts Sayaka in her school uniform. It retailed for 13,000 JPY. Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica is a critically acclaimed 2011 anime that deconstructs the magical girl genre. The story follows Madoka Kaname and her friends as they are offered contracts by Kyuubey, a mysterious creature who grants wishes in exchange for becoming magical girls tasked with fighting witches. Miki Sayaka is Madoka's close friend, a justice-driven girl whose wish to heal a hospitalized friend leads her down a tragic path. Sayaka's story explores themes of selflessness, despair, and the hidden costs of seemingly miraculous bargains, making her one of the series' most emotionally resonant characters. The PureNeemo line features soft vinyl doll construction with cloth clothing, offering a different aesthetic from traditional PVC figures. This release includes both Sayaka and Kyuubey, capturing the pivotal relationship at the heart of her storyline.
