This Mushroom Trophy from Mario Kart 7 was produced by Neamedia in collaboration with Nintendo as part of the Club Nintendo rewards program. Standing approximately 80mm tall, it recreates the iconic in-game Mushroom Cup trophy as a physical collectible. Mario Kart 7, released for the Nintendo 3DS, continued the beloved kart racing franchise with new features such as gliding and underwater sections. The game featured multiple Grand Prix cups, each with its own trophy design. Club Nintendo offered these trophy replicas as reward items, with different cups available including the Banana Cup, Leaf Cup, Mushroom Cup, Shell Cup, and Special Cup. Each trophy was a different size, and collectors noted that they were solid and surprisingly heavy for their dimensions. The Mushroom Trophy stands approximately 80mm tall and was available through Club Nintendo for 4000 Stars. As Club Nintendo rewards, these trophies became increasingly sought after as the program neared its conclusion.
