This figure of Wonda-chan is part of the Wonda-chan Next Door Project (FILE:06), produced jointly by Good Smile Company and Kaiyodo. Wonda-chan serves as the official mascot character of Wonder Festival, Japan's premier figure exhibition event. The Next Door Project enlists different illustrators to reinterpret Wonda-chan in a variety of designs, with each file number representing a unique artistic take on the character. The project began around WonFes Winter 2016, with earlier entries in the line sculpted by ART, a veteran who has been in charge of countless Kaiyodo figures. The initiative was designed to showcase the mascot across multiple artistic visions, giving collectors the chance to enjoy Wonda-chan rendered by various creators. This FILE:06 edition stands approximately 110mm tall and is sculpted from ABS and PVC. The figure was sculpted by Mochizuki Kei and Chilmiru, offering a distinctive interpretation within the broader Next Door Project lineup.
