This figure of Wonda-chan is a collaborative product between Good Smile Company and Kaiyodo, part of the Wonda-chan Next Door Project (FILE:03). Wonda-chan serves as the official mascot character for Wonder Festival, Japan's largest figure and garage kit convention. Wonder Festival, organized by the Wonder Festival Project Office, is a biannual event held in summer and winter where amateur and professional sculptors alike showcase and sell their creations. Wonda-chan was created as the event's mascot to represent the spirit of the festival and the creative community it fosters. The character has appeared in multiple figure iterations through the Next Door Project, with each FILE release offering a different take on the mascot. Standing at approximately 127mm tall, this figure is constructed from ABS and PVC. The sculpt was handled by a team consisting of Kamogawa, Iwanaga Sakurako, and Shimizu Yuuko, bringing the mascot character to life with attention to detail that reflects the collaborative nature of the Wonder Festival event itself.
