Wave Corporation presents Yonomori Kobeni from Mikakunin de Shinkoukei as part of their Beach Queens Premium line. This 1/10 scale Swimsuit Ver. was a limited release exclusive to Wave's directly managed mail order store, BJ. Mikakunin de Shinkoukei, also known as Engaged to the Unidentified, follows Kobeni Yonomori, a young girl whose life changes dramatically on her sixteenth birthday when she learns she is engaged to be married. The series blends romantic comedy with supernatural elements as Kobeni navigates her unexpected betrothal. This Beach Queens Premium figure depicts Kobeni in a blue frilled bikini, capturing her with pink hair and purple eyes in a two-side-up hairstyle. Standing approximately 160mm tall, this figure is notable for being a high-quality polystone painted finished product rather than the typical PVC construction of standard Beach Queens releases. The prototype was sculpted by Hiroshi, and the figure features a movable neck joint (Neck joint H) that allows for adjustable facial expressions. It was released in April 2015.
