MegaHouse releases Blanca as part of their G.M.G. (Gundam Military Generation) series, representing the Zeon Soldier 09 set from Mobile Suit Gundam: Cucuruz Doan's Island. This 1/18 scale figure depicts the beloved goat companion from the 2022 film. Mobile Suit Gundam: Cucuruz Doan's Island is a film adaptation of a story arc from the original Mobile Suit Gundam series, reimagined by director Yoshikazu Yasuhiko. The film follows Amuro Ray as he encounters Cucuruz Doan, a deserter from the Principality of Zeon army who chose to live in isolation and protect orphaned children on an island. Blanca the goat is one of the memorable characters from the film, accompanying Doan in his peaceful life away from the war. This non-articulated figure of Blanca stands approximately 40mm tall at 1/18 scale and is made from ABS, POM, and PVC materials. The set also includes the Cucuruz Doan figure wearing his standard Zeon Army suit with removable helmet, pistol, rifle, and hand parts. The combined set was released in July 2023.
