Bandai Spirits releases Oshino Shinobu from the Monogatari Series as the A Prize in the Ichiban Kuji lottery themed 'Washi to Watashi to Boku no Hareishou.' The figure stands approximately 140mm tall and depicts Shinobu in ceremonial dress attire. The Monogatari Series, created by Nisio Isin, revolves around Koyomi Araragi, a high school student who becomes entangled with supernatural apparitions affecting the people around him. Oshino Shinobu is a centuries-old vampire who once held the title of Kiss-Shot Acerola-Orion Heart-Under-Blade. After losing most of her power, she takes the form of a young girl and lives in Koyomi's shadow, bound to him after he saved her life. Despite her ancient age and dark history, Shinobu displays a childlike fondness for donuts and a dry wit. Her complex relationship with Koyomi — part dependency, part mutual salvation — forms one of the series' central emotional threads. As the A Prize in the Ichiban Kuji line, the figure stands 140mm tall and was distributed through Bandai Spirits' lottery system. An alternate color version was also available as the Last One prize for lottery participants.
