Benelic presents Snusmumriken, better known as Snufkin, from the beloved Moomin franchise. This Tsuri (fishing) version figure stands approximately 120mm tall and is crafted from a unique combination of bamboo, brass, polyester resin, and PVC materials. Snufkin is Moomintroll's best friend and a philosophical vagabond who wanders the world fishing and playing his harmonica. He carries everything he needs in his backpack, believing that having too many possessions makes life overly complicated. The son of the Mymble and the Joxter, and half-brother to Little My, Snufkin is an adventurer admired by the smaller and more timid inhabitants of Moominvalley. He always comes and goes as he pleases, traveling south every winter and returning in the spring. Snufkin has a great dislike for authority figures like the Park Keeper and prefers freely-growing foliage to fenced-in lawns, embodying a free-spirited anarchist philosophy. The figure's mixed-material construction reflects the artisanal quality associated with Moomin merchandise. The Tsuri version captures Snufkin in his element, engaged in one of his favorite pastimes as he explores new places and tries his luck at fishing.
