Bandai Spirits releases Gaara as part of their Vibration Stars figure line from Naruto Shippuden. Standing approximately 170mm tall, the figure is made from ABS and PVC. Gaara, the former host of the One-Tailed beast Shukaku, begins as a tragic antagonist in the series, isolated and violent due to a childhood of rejection similar to Naruto's. However, after his defeat by Naruto, Gaara undergoes a profound transformation, eventually becoming the Kazekage, the leader of the Sand Village. During Shippuden, Gaara is targeted by the Akatsuki, who capture him and extract Shukaku, killing him in the process. He is revived when Chiyo, an elder of the Sand Village, sacrifices her life using a reanimation technique. Gaara later leads the Sand Village's forces in the Fourth Shinobi World War as part of the Allied Shinobi Forces. The Vibration Stars line captures Gaara in a dynamic pose reflecting his growth from a tormented youth to a respected leader.
