Bandai Spirits adds the legendary Pirate King Gol D. Roger to its Manhood figure series from One Piece. This figure captures the iconic captain of the Roger Pirates in a compact yet detailed format. Gol D. Roger, more commonly known as Gold Roger, was the first pirate in history since Joy Boy to circumnavigate the Grand Line, reaching its final island which he named Laugh Tale. As captain of the Roger Pirates, he held the title of Pirate King and possessed the legendary treasure known as the One Piece. Knowing his life was limited by an incurable disease, Roger disbanded his crew and turned himself in for execution. His final words at the scaffold ignited the Great Pirate Era, declaring that his treasure was there for anyone who could find it. He was also the lover of Portgas D. Rouge and the biological father of Portgas D. Ace. Standing approximately 90mm tall, this ABS and PVC figure is part of the Manhood series version A, representing a new addition to Banpresto's popular compact figure line.
