Sum-Art presents an original figure titled "Hoshi o Hirotta Hi," standing approximately 290mm tall. The piece draws inspiration from the Studio Ghibli short film of the same name, which translates to "The Day I Harvested a Star." The original short film was produced by Studio Ghibli and released on January 3, 2006, based on an original story by Naohisa Inoue, creator of the mural Upward Draft located in the central hall of the Ghibli Museum. Set in the fantasy world of Iblard, the story follows a young boy named Nona who lives alone on a farm owned by a mysterious witch named Niinya. Nona purchases a magical seed that ultimately grows into an entire planet. The film is one of twelve short works that can only be viewed at the Saturn Theatre at the Ghibli Museum in Mitaka, Tokyo, and Cinema Orion in Ghibli Park. Its soundtrack was composed and performed by Yuriko Nakamura and Norihiro Tsuru.
