Molynk presents Megurine Luka from the Piapro Characters lineup, capturing the bilingual virtual singer in figure form at approximately 88mm tall. Luka is part of Crypton Future Media's renowned roster of virtual singer characters that includes Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Rin, Kagamine Len, KAITO, and MEIKO. Megurine Luka, codenamed CV03, is the third and final release of Crypton's Character Vocal Series, initially launched in January 2009 for the VOCALOID2 engine. Her voice is provided by Japanese voice actress and singer Yū Asakawa, who was recorded in both Japanese and English, making Luka a bilingual virtual singer. Her name combines "Meguri" (circulate) and "Ne" (sound), while "Luka" evokes the concepts of flow and song — together meaning "songs to all around the world as scent spreads." Her design by illustrator KEI was intentionally made asymmetrical to reflect her bilingual nature, and unlike previous mascots in the series, her costume is not based on a school uniform. The design incorporates woodwind and brass instrument motifs, with a gold curl on her chest and a blue jewel near her throat representing moisture in the air.
