Bandai Spirits presents the Aries Cloth Object from Saint Seiya as part of the Saint Cloth Myth Appendix line, commemorating the 20th anniversary of the franchise's celebrated figure collection. This Gold Cloth Object set stands at 100mm tall and represents the sacred armor of the Aries Gold Saint. Saint Seiya follows a group of young warriors known as Saints who fight wearing sacred armor called Cloths, powered by their cosmic energy known as Cosmo. The Gold Saints, clad in the twelve Gold Cloths corresponding to the zodiac signs, are the most powerful warriors serving the goddess Athena. The Aries Gold Saint, traditionally Mu, is known for his role as the Cloth repairer, restoring damaged Cloths for the Bronze Saints throughout their battles. The Saint Cloth Myth line was originally launched in 2003 to commemorate the series' 12th anniversary and the upcoming Hades Arc OVA, and has since become highly regarded for its improved articulation and detailed sculpting compared to vintage figures. The Saint Cloth Myth Appendix sub-line, introduced in 2007, focuses on half-size busts, casual outfit figures, and Cloth boxes that display the Cloths in their object forms. This 20th Anniversary version of the Aries Cloth Object is made from ABS and PVC materials and stands approximately 100mm tall, offering enhanced sculpting detail intended for display or for swapping parts with existing Myth Cloth figures.
