Bandai Spirits presents the Saint Cloth Myth Appendix Gold Cloth Object Set — Capricorn Cloth Object in the 20th Anniversary Ver., celebrating two decades of the Saint Cloth Myth figure line. This release focuses on the Gold Cloth of Capricorn from the legendary Saint Seiya franchise. Saint Seiya follows a group of young warriors known as Saints who serve the goddess Athena, protecting Earth against forces of evil. Each Saint wears sacred armor called Cloths, inspired by constellations. The Gold Saints, who wear the most powerful Cloths corresponding to the twelve zodiac signs, are among the most formidable characters in the series. The mythology is deeply rooted in Greek legend, with storylines involving Poseidon, the ruler of the marine world and Athena's sworn enemy since the age of myths, who was sealed in Athena's Jar during the Holy War millennia ago until Sea Dragon Kanon inadvertently broke his seal. The Gold Cloth Object Set stands approximately 100mm tall and is constructed from ABS and PVC materials. As part of the Saint Cloth Myth Appendix line, it features the detailed object mode representation of the Capricorn Gold Cloth, designed for display alongside other Gold Cloth Objects in the collection.
