Kaiyodo, in collaboration with Kisoengai, presents Ayanami Rei from Neon Genesis Evangelion as part of the Evangelion Nendo-ka Keikaku Sofubi Figure series in a Dehara Yukinori version. This prepainted sofubi figure stands approximately 73mm tall. Ayanami Rei is one of the most iconic characters in Neon Genesis Evangelion, the landmark mecha anime directed by Hideaki Anno. Rei is the pilot of Evangelion Unit-00, a quiet and emotionally reserved girl whose mysterious origins are deeply tied to the series' central mysteries. Her connection to both the EVA project and the enigmatic being Lilith makes her one of the most pivotal figures in the fight against the Angels. Throughout the series, Rei's gradual development of individuality and her relationship with protagonist Shinji Ikari form a core emotional thread. This Dehara Yukinori version offers a unique artistic interpretation of Rei in sofubi format, released as part of the Evangelion Nendo-ka Keikaku line. The figure was available through limited channels, including Wonder Festival 2021 Autumn Online.
