Kaiyodo's Revoltech line delivered highly poseable action figures of iconic mecha, and this EVA-02 from Neon Genesis Evangelion represents the sixth release in the series, numbered No. 006. Constructed from ABS and PVC, the figure utilizes Kaiyodo's signature Revoltech joint system for a wide range of articulation and dynamic posing options. EVA-02, also known as Evangelion Unit-02, is the first production model Evangelion in the series and is piloted by Asuka Langley Soryu. Distinctive for its red coloration and four-eyed design, Unit-02 is stationed in Germany before being deployed to Tokyo-3. It plays a central role in several of the series' most memorable battles, including the fight against the angel Gaghiel at sea and the climactic confrontation with the Mass Production EVA series in End of Evangelion.
