Wave presents this Beach Queens figure of Souryuu Asuka Langley from Neon Genesis Evangelion in 1/10 scale. This release is the Pearl Color Edition, a special variant of the Comic Ver. figure featuring a distinctive pearl finish. Neon Genesis Evangelion follows the pilots of giant biomechanical mecha called Evangelions as they defend humanity from mysterious beings known as Angels. Asuka Langley is the fiery, competitive pilot of Evangelion Unit-02, a child prodigy who graduated from a German university. Her brash confidence and desire for recognition mask deep-seated insecurities and fear of rejection. Her complex relationships with fellow pilot Shinji Ikari and the enigmatic Rei Ayanami form a central emotional core of the series, which explores psychological trauma and human connection against the backdrop of existential conflict. This Beach Queens figure stands approximately 160mm tall and is made from ABS and PVC. The Pearl Color Edition features a special pearl coating that gives the figure a shimmering, lustrous appearance. The Pearl Color Edition was available as part of a set that also included Ayanami Rei in the same special finish.
