About this figure
This figure from SynQ-Lab captures Casshern, the iconic protagonist of the 1973 Tatsunoko Production anime Shinzou Ningen Casshern (Neo-Human Casshern). Sculpted by Junho Song, the piece stands approximately 215mm tall and depicts the hero alongside his robotic dog companion, Friender. Tetsuya Azuma willingly transformed himself into a neoroider—an android with human consciousness—to combat the robot uprising that has overrun the world. The crisis began when BK-1, the first android created by Tetsuya's father Dr. Kotaro Azuma, was struck by lightning and went rogue, renaming itself Buraiking Boss and assembling a robot army that concluded humanity's destruction was necessary for Earth's ecosystem. Casshern fights alongside Friender, who can transform into a tank or jet, and the human ally Luna Kozuki. The figure is sculpted by Junho Song and measures 215mm in height, making it a substantial display piece for fans of classic Tatsunoko superheroes.
