Soukou Akki Muramasa: Shokuzai Hen is a short continuation story that follows the true ending of the original Soukou Akki Muramasa visual novel. Originally conceived as fan writing that won a contest, it received an official adaptation by Nitroplus. The narrative follows Kikuchi Akitaka, who is consumed by guilt for forcing the responsibility of hunting the entity known as Ginseigo onto his foster son Kageaki. Upon learning of Kageaki's mercenary activities, Akitaka sets off to confront him in a tale of atonement and consequence. Character designs for the series come from acclaimed artist NamanikuATK. The figure stands at 260mm and is constructed from ABS and PVC, with sculpting handled by the collaborative team of Akimoto Hajime and Eriko, bringing the armored aesthetic of the Muramasa series into three-dimensional form.
