From the popular Nintendo video games Splatoon and Splatoon 2, this DX Edition figma from Good Smile Company and Max Factory captures the Inkling Girl in all her colorful, ink-splatting glory. The DX Edition is a special release that includes two Inkling Girl figmas—one with a smirking expression and one with a grinning expression—along with two squid figures, effect parts, and an Ink Effect Sheet to transform your display space into a Splatoon stage. In the Splatoon universe, Inklings are humanoid cephalopods who can transform between squid and kid forms, battling in turf wars to cover territory with their team's colored ink. The games emphasize fashion and customization, with players mixing weapons, headgear, and shoes to create their own unique style. This figure set faithfully captures that spirit with interchangeable shoes, head accessories, and weapons. The figmas stand approximately 100mm tall and are made from ABS and PVC. Sculpted by Taizou, Masu, and Asai (APSY) Masaki, they feature fully articulated joints, movable eyeballs, and translucent coating on the glossy tentacle-like hair. The included Splat Roller can be displayed in collapsed form for recreating victory poses. Originally released in May 2019, a rerelease is scheduled for December 2025.
