Setouchi Pro presents Hell Chaos from the classic horror game Splatterhouse, bringing one of the original game's most memorable boss creatures to collectible form. Hell Chaos is a boss encountered in the original Splatterhouse (1988), a horror beat-em-up following protagonist Rick as he fights through a haunted mansion with the aid of a mysterious Terror Mask. The creature possesses and mutates the corpse of Dr. West, manifesting as a decaying head with rotted arms that erupt from the ground to grab the player and hurl rocks. When defeated, the head sinks back into the earth and a ghostly face combusts until destroyed. Due to its melted, rotting appearance, fans have affectionately nicknamed the creature "Captain Mozzarella," and its battle theme is commonly referred to by that moniker in the community.
