Max Factory's Figma line presents Suzumiya Haruhi in the Chouyuusha version from Suzumiya Haruhi no Tomadoi, numbered SP-001 in the Figma series. Sculpted by Asai (APSY) Masaki, the figure stands approximately 135mm tall and is made from ABS and PVC materials. Haruhi Suzumiya is the eccentric and charismatic protagonist of the Haruhi Suzumiya franchise, a series that blends slice-of-life school comedy with science fiction and supernatural elements. Haruhi founded the SOS Brigade, a club dedicated to finding aliens, time travelers, and espers, unaware that her fellow club members are exactly those things. Her reality-warping abilities, which she remains oblivious to, make her a being of immense power capable of unconsciously reshaping the world. The Suzumiya Haruhi no Tomadoi game, from which this Chouyuusha version derives, is a PlayStation 2 visual novel that features alternate scenarios and outfits for the characters. The figure stands approximately 135mm tall and is constructed from ABS and PVC. Sculpted by Asai (APSY) Masaki, it was originally priced at 9,800 JPY. As a special edition Figma release, it represents one of the earlier premium entries in Max Factory's popular articulated figure line.
