Kaiyodo's Fraulein Revoltech line presents Asahina Mikuru from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya as a 1/10 scale figure in the Special No. 3 release. Standing approximately 150mm tall and sculpted by Enoki Tomohide, this PVC figure retailed at 2,500 JPY. Asahina Mikuru is a key member of the SOS Brigade, the eccentric club founded by the titular Haruhi Suzumiya at North High School. Mikuru is a shy, timid girl whom Haruhi frequently coerces into wearing various costumes and serving as the brigade's mascot. Beneath her seemingly ordinary exterior, Mikuru is actually a time traveler from the future, investigating the temporal anomalies surrounding Haruhi. Her character song "Mitsukete Happy Life" and the infamous "Koi no Mikuru Densetsu" performance at the school festival are among the series' most memorable moments. This Special No. 3 version depicts Mikuru in her school festival adventure outfit. The Fraulein Revoltech line was Kaiyodo's attempt at creating articulated female character figures using their signature Revoltech joint system, offering collectors a posable alternative to fixed-pose statues.
