Destiny is set in a world where music has been suppressed after monsters called D2s, attracted to sound, devastated civilization. Destiny is a Musicart—a being capable of fighting D2s through the power of music. She awakened inside Anna Schneider after Anna obtained the previous Destiny's F-hole, continuing a legacy of Musicarts who partner with Conductors to battle the D2 threat.
